The Royal Canadian Legion Saskatoon Branch #63 presents "The Stone Frigate Big Band" on April 26th at 606 Spadina Cres West. Dance to all your favorites performed by a live 15 piece Big Band!. Swing Dance Calgary is holding an amazing Lindy Hop workshop on May 10-11 with Sharon Davis (Melborne, AU) and Juan Villafane (Buenos Aires, AR). These guys are amazing, we are lucky to have them teaching near by. If you're in to Lindy Hop, you do not want to miss this!

Swing Dancing at the U of S

help establish a new campus club

Are you a U of S student, returning in the fall? Are you interested in Lindy Hop and swing dancing? Would you like to see a swing dance club, lessons and dancing on campus next year? A few swing dancers are working on establishing a new club on campus and we need your help!

First, we need a sufficient number of students to indicate their support to establish a club.

Second, the club will need a few students who would be interested in holding executive positions to direct and plan club activities.

If you have interest in joining as a regular member or helping out as an executive member please e-mail lindy.hop@usask.ca. We'd like to have an organizational meeting in the next couple of weeks to begin planning for the fall.
